Effective workout in a short timeframe

I have had the Rumblex for about six months now. I no longer run due to the impact on my knees and this is the answer for me. I combine it with my Bowflex Max9 and kettlebell routine.

It works but cat pee?

Overall great product but not sure how to start and if I did too much for my first time. I’m feeling it now.
When opening, the bag that held the bands smelled like cat urine.

Had a Lifepro vibration plate for four years and it stopped working correctly, but was replaced with the warranty so easy and quickly! I will always use Lifepro products.
