Purchase any of the vibration plates from Lifepro and you will not regret it. It’s helped with everything from muscle recovery to lymphatic and digestive support. Even my husband loves it and has made it part of his daily routine—and if he can do it, anyone can!

I've only used it twice, but I can see using it daily. The machine is more substantial/heavy than I was thinking it would be. I bought it primarily for lymphatic drainage, but I can see it being a beneficial tool for much more. Looking forward to seeing how my body feels over time.

I bought the 4D Rumblex vibration plate to support lymphatic drainage. This is a SOLID piece of equipment to add to my home gym. I can't wait to see the results.
