I have had this for two days and stood on it for 10 minutes last night before bed. I slept 9 hours without waking up at all! This is huge for me!

Haven’t had this long but so far I love it! So easy to set up and use. It engages my muscles but I also feel relaxed when I’m done. So many different way to use it!

I wanted this to help with soreness after the gym and for improving bone density. On days that I don’t go to the gym, I do a quick routine on it with light weights and squats. I select one of the three preprogrammed choices and get on it 1-3 times a day.
