I have heard the best exercise is the one you'll do - it is so easy for me to get the level of workout that I am up for on any given day...from a serious workout to just getting energized or getting warmed up for playing golf or whatever.

Relieves Chronic Pain

My wife lives with chronic lyme disease, which causes all kinds of pain that isn't relieved through typical means. Because it vibrates up to 40-Hz, the Rumblex 4D Plate really helps take the edge off the pain.

So far, the quality of the plate and power in the motors has proven very high. Also, the pre-programed workouts are great!
One challenge has been figuring out how to create a custom workout. Otherwise, we are very happy with the plate.
