We just opened it today and tried it out as directed by the book...low start, slow speed, and short timer. It seens comfortable, but we'll see as we aclimate ourselves to its offerings. It was heavier than 35 pounds...42 pounds is more than discribed online. Cumbersome for older users.

I was introduced to this machine at my therapy sessions. I was so impressed with my progress! And 12 weeks, swelling and inflammation had decreased, circulation had increased and I had a 70% reduction in pain! I purchased one of these for my personal use at home! Great product

I was introduced to this exact model, Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate, at my therapy location. I immediately fell in love with it and over the course of 12 weeks of use, my legs and back have a 70% improvement in pain management and circulation and swelling improvement! I’ve now purchased one for my home and I love it!
