It’s only been a few days but I definitely feel a difference. I use my Rumblex 1x/day right now. I can’t wait until I have worked my way up to multiple sessions each day. I definitely feel a difference and my legs feel amazing — less swelling!

My New Rumblex 4D

I love my new Rumblex! I even have my husband using it. He can only use it sitting down due to knee problems, but he needs it for Lymphatic Fluid Retention in his leg.

Banging noise 4 days after deliver

The third time we used the machine it started making this banging noise. Went through all the steps to trouble shoot and it won’t stop banging. Holiday weekend so no one available. Now I’m stuck with boxing this up, driving it somewhere, and sending back this heavy and bulky noise machine.

Really solid

I’ve only used this vibration plate three times so far, so it’s still too early for me to say whether it’s making a noticeable difference. That said, my first impression is positive. The machine feels solid and well-built, and it’s been working smoothly without any issues. I’m looking forward to using it more and seeing the long-term results.

I am 53 years old and when I play tennis, I get a little sore and I started using this machine to recover from that pain it does help tremendously .

Perfect for my Fitness Goal

I am a new user, but so far, so good! I use it 10 minutes in the am and 10 minutes in the pm. I definitely feel it in my muscles. I hope to tone and convert fat to muscle, and I think this will help accomplish that goal!
