The vibration is stronger than I thought it would be. Seems to be great. Only tried once. I love that the mat, bands and hand pulls came with it as well as access to exercises!

I got on it immediately out of the box I was so excited. I must say it was an interesting feeling being on it for the first time but it was also fun. The vibration is clear and powerful. I was on the lowest setting and felt the vibration through my body. My legs were very engaged and I definitely felt it. I’m sure I’ll get a lot of use out of this plate. My husband likes it also. Even got my mom to try it. She just giggled while on it. So far so good.
