Just set up and used! Gotta say ok I have balance issues so good thing I put it by a wall! Then I sat on it for my hips....awwww this is gonna be great!

Seen improvement on lymphedema

I suffer from lymphedema and lipedema brought on by cancer or cancer treatments. I have used compression garments, lymphatic drainage machine, manual lymph massage and other treatments to help with edema. So far I have seen a difference in just using it 5-10 minutes a day.

Great quality and strong vibrations

Took my vibration plate exercise to the next level and invested in the Rumblex 4D. I needed to incorporate shorter but more intense workouts into my busy schedule. Also good for lymphatic drainage post body contouring treatments.

Very sturdy machine which gives it a professional feel. Love the presets so I don’t have to think about which mode or speed to choose. I’m starting off with 10 minutes a day until I get used to it but I alrrady see myself getting tone.

This machine is fascinating! I'm post lateral-meniscus surgery and let me tell you it's been a game changer in my recovery. Also, I also discover it's extremely great at getting that lymphatic system moving! My skin was completely itchy after doing 2-10 minute sessions. Never felt so good before!

looks very appealing, all the accessories and main unit are in one box, easy to set up, read the manual cover to cover before you take it for workout and keep it handy for reference
