Just got the machine. It was very easy to set up. Used it right away. I like it so much I wish I could stay on it longer! ? Will do it 3 times a day for the 10 mins as recommended.

So glad I chose the Rumblex 4D . I had been looking at vibration plates for quite awhile & am so glad I chose the Rumblex 4D . 10 minutes a day is what I’m starting out with but am sure I’ll be adding more workouts as I get stronger .
