Even with the tilted sides, I can still do a plank as the machine is large enough.

Extremely relaxing and beneficial

Used for years, very functional and healthful. The speaker is a bit extraneous, but a very premium product. Unfortunately it started to operate poorly recently and is now non functional. But it was amazing while it worked!
