I had knee surgery and I'm not able to do the exercises I want to do yet. I can't do lymphatic draining on the mini tramp so I thought this would be a great way to continue to get stim to my muscles and lymphatic drainage. My PT said it was a great idea to use this to help rehab my knee and to help keep my other muscles active and firing up while I heal.

Very impressed with packaging, everything in its own bag. Nice compact instructional booklet. Turned machine on w/ remote wrist band provided. Used it the first time and could tell, this is not something that is cheaply put together. Very high-quality component. Great purchase, I would recommend this model over others.

I have a gym membership for swimming. I also went to Planet Fitness for awhile just to use the Red Light Vibration Total Body Machine. I dropped Planet Fitness and I purchased the Rumblex 4D and a RedLight Mat. I love the Rumble so much. It helps with my restless leg (RLS), my knees, back and my mental well-being. I can't express enough how beneficial the Rumble 4D is. Of course I 100% recommend this plate.

I'm on page 19 visit our FREE library of personal training videos and instead I have to register warranty, submit a feedback before I even use it. I thought I was going to the video library.
