User friendly and easy to operate. Love the different training mode features and work outs. My first workout on it felt wonderful. It's now apart of my morning and night routine.

The plates settings can be adjusted through the remote- definitely a great asset to workouts when you have limited space.

Already Feel Better

Just tried it out for the 1st time. I only did 5 minutes, but I already feel better. My left thigh was tight and sore before. The pain has eased up and I could feel my blood pulsing. Yay!
