I just opened it today!! It is more than i expected!! It is quiet and smooth. I love it. my first work out was great i felt it throught my whole body. I cant wait to watch the videos and get my own work out figured out. I am a 70 yr old vet with a bad back. I need this machine and will post after 6 months or so. Thank you Life Pro. I have great hope in this machine.

I've been using it for a couple of weeks now with just standing on it and running one of the preset programs and it's already been a game changer in the tightness in my legs and glutes from sitting all day at my desk! Can't wait to try more variations with the product!
