I have been using my Lifepro Rumblex vibration plate for a little over a month. I love it! At this point I have noticed that I’m not waking up with aches & pains. I’m excited to continue experiencing the health benefits!

Ordered my Rumblex and received it very quickly! I have only used it a handful of times, but I am really liking it so far. I am looking forward to seeing what results lie ahead. Super excited to stumble across the Bluetooth feature too …can listen to your favorite music while using the plate:) Added bonus!

I know I was retaining water because I lost 5 lbs. within three days of using this. In a few weeks, it has helped reduce puffiness, facilitate digestion, and improve sleep. I'm really happy with it so far.
