We are learning how to use, but initially we think it will do a lot of good. We bought it for neuropathy which it seems to help and it has helped with my wife's heal spur. Very pleased and look forward to learning and using it on a daily basis.

I’ve set up and started using the Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate, and it works great so far. The machine feels sturdy, the vibration levels are strong and smooth, and the different modes make it easy to customize each session. Setup was simple, and the overall build quality is solid. I’m very satisfied with the performance and results so far.

Best product for arthritis relief

The Rumblex 4D has been incredibly helpful in stopping the arthritic pain I’ve had for several years. I’m so impressed with this vibrating plate that I took it into my office and during lunch my boss and coworkers all tried it out. Half of them purchased one the following week. Highly recommend!

Forget the coffee, this is how I start my day

I love this thing. I start every day by using one of the preprogrammed settings on my vibration plate. It helps with many of the health challenges I have that prevent me from moving comfortably when I wake up. After 10 minutes when I step off the plate I feel like I can face the day. My joints move easier, the swelling in my legs has decreased and I just generally feel better. I’ve had my plate for about 5 years now and I’m so glad I bought it.

We love our vibration plate. I has already improved muscle tone and feel my circulation is better in my legs. Anxious about learning more and trying out different applications with this machine.
