HAVE ONLY USED IT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS; BUT SEEMS OKAY!

I’ve purchased the 4D model out of curiosity and hope that it lives up to its clams. I’ve only tried it on its pre-programmed settings a couple of times, so we’ll see what happens. I’ve been looking for something beneficial to my overall health to motivate & accentuate my workout aspirations. This Pro Life machine was a recommendation to try out, so I’ll try it out. I’m hoping for the best. We’ll see. TBD.

Knee pain improved after one use

I had a soft tissue knee injury that wouldn't allow me to put my weight on it to walk. I used the rumblex vibration plate on a light setting and found that it improved my knee pain to where I could stand and walk. That was not my initial reason to purchase but an unexpected benefit!
