I love my vibration plate and the variety of options it has. LifePro takes care of their customers. My first order had a couple flaws, most likely from shipment, and getting the replacement was easy.

I’m still learning to use the machine but so far have enjoyed the benefits. I prefer to use the plate after a workout to get the toxins flowing, loosen my muscles and feel like it’s helping with circulation.
