Im really disappointed this didn’t come with an exercise guide or plan. Also the mat didn’t come in the box

Rumblex 4D vibration plate

This was my first time on a vibration plate. I think I bought the right one the first time. I like the ability of the 4D and the ability to Crank it up to 60. No matter what program I put it on I crank it up to 60. Occasionally I feel a little sore but not too bad. I am 3 years retired from UPS so I am in good shape. This will be part of my plan to stay in shape.

I use it nearly every day and do my arm weight workout while standing on it. It makes my body feel good.!

I've used the product for a few days and I don't know it definitely has a lot of power and is very well built but I question the amount that the device is helping me
