Have been using this consistently to tone, I’d really like access to their various trainings, but in my limited knowledge, I enjoy using weights simultaneously, and feeling how my abs can actually get a workout. It takes work to get different portions of the body, but if you do more than just stand there, you’ll start to feel and see all the results!

Seems very high quality especially compared to other cheaper brand bought previously. Only flaw so far is remote is too small for me maybe a 2nd strap a bit longer or velcro would be better.
