No nighttime peeing

Used my lifepro for the first time last night and noticed that it was the first night in years that I didn’t have to get up to pee in the middle of the night. And all I did was lay my calves on the plate at 30hz. for 10 min.

I have had the wave machine for over a month. I did not have anyone to help me. Did it out of the box and set it up? I finally figured out how to get program one in today.As I am at seventy six, almost seventy seven year old lady. I've worked out most of my life, until I guess it's been. They'd are nine years ago I had to quit due to a terrible fall. This was quite a workout. It lapsed it for 10 minutes. I tried them might be in the center, then. To the next dot and then finally the last gods on it platform i felt my muscles afterwards.I'm very excited to get started It was very refreshing.

I have had less than a week and taking it slow (age 65) but I’m happy with results I already see. I’m mostly looking for improvement in lymphatic drainage since I have lipedema. I have noticed that it helps my back pain and stiffness too! I really think it is going to improve my quality of life!

I got rid of my cheap vibration plate and purchased the LifePro 4D. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! 60 speeds, 3 vibration modes and integrated Bluetooth are perfect for my needs.
