My lower back has been feeling tight and aching at night making it hard to sleep. I was tossing and turning most of the night trying to get comfortable. My daughter bought a Lifepro Rumblex Pro. I started using hers daily for about two weeks. My lower back pain is almost gone. I decided to order my own, a Rumblex 4D. I love it! My body feels so much better.

Started slow as recommended and not having any issues. I see a big difference in pain due to nerve issues along with inflammation

I think it is beneficial for recovery - I’ve used it when muscles are sore , and I feel improvement after. Easy to set up and I like the added resistance bands!
