I just got mine and a friend talked me through what to try for my first use and I can already see how it is going to be very helpful for me to alleviate pain and to workout. My first session left me feeling energized - looking forward to making it a daily routine!

Better than expected

I love using my life pro. I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia so I want to get ahead of it and take positive action for my bone health. Using it is invigorating especially for my legs. Also a side benefit I think it will probably help lose a little weight.
