Easy to use and effective

I love my LifePro vibration plate! It’s easy to use, quiet, and great for muscle recovery and circulation. I use it on gentle settings when I’m sore and more intense settings on strength days, and it really helps reduce stiffness. A great addition to my daily routine.

I have only had this vibrating plate a few days and are just trying out different programmes. It does seem pretty powerful and is heavier than I thought.

Just got my 4D rumbles vibration plate!

I received my plate yesterday and have since used it off and on throughout yesterday when I could and this morning and I cannot get over how loose and light my body feels compared to before. I could cry I’m so utterly grateful that I finally received my package after waiting so long because of the holiday mail backup. Thank you LIFEPRO! Very satisfied and very excited to see how this plate helps me on my journey forward! I have a very weak core and overall body muscle. I’ve needed physical therapy after a brain tumor removal and some trauma I had done to my neck and back and my job is very physically taxing, this is going to help me and I look forward to coming back for another review some time later!
