Stellar vibration plate

We first bought the waver to make sure we would use a vibration plate. We used it almost daily since we bought it. We've been eyeing the Rumblex for awhile and decided to upgrade for the new year. While we just received it, I can tell the difference between the two already. I'll take the waver to work and use the Rumblex at home.

Interesting Fitness Tool

Quite a lot heavier than I thought it would be but the different vibration modes are fun to use. I'm not expecting crazy results but this device, so far, feels good on muscle aches and pains.

Using for pain & recovery from severe hamstring injury. Low settings & limited usage recommended by San Antonio Spurs sports med doc after first 3 months of rehab. At 6 months in, additional usage will likely be initiated. Left & Right Tendons came completely off of hip bone. Anticipated recovery time is 12 months.
