We just got our Rumblex for Christmas and are starting the routines. So far we are sleeping better and don't have the stiff joints we used to. Looking forward to what's ahead on this journey.

The Rumblex 4D works smoothly and does not seem to create ambient vibration which we're happy about. The plate vibrates efficiently and seems to be a great product for the few weeks we've been using it so far.

Already Loving It!

My Rublex4D vibration plate arrived yesterday, and I gave it 2 test drives that were 10 minutes each. I could really feel the effects in my legs afterwards. I’m not one to go to the gym (I’m 76 and feel out of place there), and I find repetitive exercises tedious. This machine will give me the workout I need in less time and in the comfort of my home. The main reason I got it was to increase bone density, so we’ll see how that goes. My only negative comment is that it seems hard to figure out how to navigate through the various buttons; it’s definitely more high tech than I’m comfortable with. But, I’m game to learn, and am hoping there will be advice and helpmonline.

The first vibration plate I received was defective. I used it for 10 minutes and upon next use it didn’t work, and there was a rattling inside. My husband lightly lifted it, and a small metal piece fell out of the bottom of it. We assume it vibrated out after I used it once, but who knows. I would have given 4 stars, but it took a long time to get my other plate shipped. More than 3 weeks. I recommend they change the way this is done, and replacements should be shipped on the same day the item was found to be defective. I’m going to keep it because as long as it works, it’s a good machine.

my mother just had 2 knee surgeries in the last couple years and went to PT and this was recommended by one of her instructors to buy that was similar to a product at her PT
