I can’t live without my Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate!
I added to my stack of red light panel and Kaatsu bands! Then sauna!

I have had this product for about a week now and have gotten a few different workouts. I am loving this addition to my workout routine. And then I use it also just for relaxation and muscle release. Looking forward to discovering all the ways that I can use it.

Love the product, I feel so good after using it and hoping my inflammation goes down and my lymphatic system does as well.
Only thing is the control panel does not work properly and my remote watch does not work. But other than that , I am really enjoying the vibration plate.

My husband and I purchased this product to help with specific arthritic conditions. It has been wonderful just in the short time we have had it, and we use it daily. I also feel my whole body relax after using it.
