I love my vibration plate

I was sick when my vibration plate came. When I got enough energy I unpacked and started using it. It helped me feel so much better.

I’m a young 76 year old gal who wants to improve my balance and strength as well as increase bone density. This machine is fun and impactf! I already feel a little more energized during the rest of my day after just 10 minutes on it in the morning!
