Great Machine So Far, But Remote Isn’t Working Properly

I recently purchased the LifePro Rumblex 4D vibration plate and so far I’ve only had the chance to set it up and test that everything turns on. The machine itself powers on and works, and the vibration feels strong and stable. Setup was easy and the unit seems well made.
However, I’m having an issue with the remote control. At the moment, the only buttons that work on the remote are the speed up and speed down buttons. I’m unable to change programs, pause, or turn the unit on/off using the remote. This makes it difficult for me to use because I have to step off the machine and bend down to the control panel on the plate every time I want to adjust a setting.
I’m hoping this is something that can be resolved because I’m looking forward to using the machine regularly. So far, the main unit works well — I just need a fully functioning remote to get the full benefits.

Actually follows parameters set in research

I read the research on vibration plate health benefits. Like I actually read the research articles. I noted what kind of parameters they had for vibration plates and then looked for one that met those same requirements. Many articles were using >6Hz frequency and an amplitude of about 6mm. Additionally, the type of vibration was more often lateral, and none were just oscillatory motion.
After learning about what the science of the health benefits showed, and what parameters of equipment they used, I then searched online for a device that would fit those parameters. This led me to lifepro, and specifically the Rumblex 4D. You will not find another device that meets these requirements, is at this good of a price point, and on top of it all has a lifetime warranty. Easy choice.
