In general any type of exercise causes me pain of some sort due to sciatica. I had ZERO pain until I hit level 15! And it was just a twinge so I backed off a little and continued pain free.

Love this vibration plate. It goes all the way to 40HZ so you get all the health benefits of the higher priced vibration plates. The 'watch remote' is a great feature also.

Life Changing.

Life Changing. There are no other words to describe it. My chronic neck and back pain are gone, and I feel like a new person. It has alleviated the awful water retention, and it makes me FEEL BETTER. I start and end my day using the plate. I recommend it to everyone and have two coworkers who have already received theirs and they say the same thing. LIFE CHANGING.
