I have used the Rumblex 4D only a few times and like it so far. The instruction manual is easy and helpful. I like that it has preprogrammed sessions and a manual mode. I’ve used both successfully.

Powerful!

My doctor recommended this product because it meats the parameters for increasing bone density. I won’t know how effective it is until I stick with her program for a year and then have my Dexa scan repeated. But I’m happy so far and it definitely feels powerful- and I love the 4D mode feature! Even my physical therapist was impressed enough to buy one for his mom!

Great way to get a 10 minute warmup

Just received yesterday so far I like it. This is my first time owning one. I bought it for recovery after working out at the gym for circulation. I had a minor issue with the remote it was not working because the mode button was stuck but after figuring that out it’s been fine. Cranked it up to speed 70 the highest and it had a calorie burn of about 140.
