The LifePro has been a great addition to our workout routines, and for a break during a long work day! It has helped with muscle and joint soreness, and it can be relaxing. My family has all agreed that it was a great purchase and that they have noticed a difference in their day when they use it.

Best Vibration Plate

I have had a 2D vibration plate forever and loved it. I recently listened to a wellness podcast where the doctor spoke about vibration plates and their benefits. He stated that 4D was best so I bought this one. I am so happy! It is much more beneficial and I feel much less swollen overall. THANK YOU
