I just got my Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate and it's been amazing. I had knee pain and with 4D motion at a 60 speed I felt amazing. My knee feels great. Loving this machine. So glad I invested in it.

I love this machine. I had two knee replacements that after 1.5 years out are still in significant pain. After using this for a week, I already have improved mobility.

Rumblex Plus 4D

I bought the Rumblex Plus 4D in 2021, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my exercise routine. Due to COVID-19, I started doing my 20 to 30-minute workouts at home, incorporating 10 minutes on the Rumblex. At 70 years old, I was beginning to experience osteopenia and was concerned about losing bone density. I really enjoy using the Rumblex Plus 4D—even while watching TV or working on my laptop, I’ll rest my feet on it for at least 20 minutes to promote circulation.
