I had another brandes plate and wanted to purchase a new one. I decided to treat myself and spend more money on this Lifepro product! It is amazing! I love the extra features like the watch and calorie count. This product is superior to other vibration plates I have seen. 10/10

Loving the jiggle!

A boy mom who hears nothing but “mommy your butts jiggling!” Followed by giggling means this things working! They like to sit on it and make sounds and I often sing while on it. I love how relaxing I feel but at the same time I can feel tightness in places I didn’t know existed anymore, if ever! My husband has a good bit of lower back issues and he says it’s been helping him not experience so much pain day today. My favorite position is standing side ways on it. Man you will really feel things then!
It’s also Siberian cat approved!
