this is a great device for beginners and advance, fitness people love how the colors change as you go up in modes on the side. We have the black one really like it. My husband uses it. I use it and night it’s way for us to exercise in our home without having to go out and possibly falling or getting hurt or whatever else that might come up about outside, we are grateful that you offer the service so we can be fitness and still moving around getting our blood pumping thank you thank you thank you
