So far so good, I'll have to get into a routine with the Rumblex. Starting off at the lower settings and will continue to use as an add on to going to the gym.

I use it personally for fitness, have my my dad use it to rehabilitate his shoulder, and have my mom using it to rehabilitate her knee. Having the horizontal, vertical, and oscillating movement options is a game changer!

Love the color and the 3 extra widths to stand, along with the various levels. Haven't really been able to seriously use it due to a sinus infection, hopefully, in a couple days.

Worth the cost!

I am only a few days in to using my Rumblex and I am already seeing a significant difference in my legs. I was having circulation issues due to sitting at a desk for 15-16 hours to work. I noticed when I would be on my feet, my ankles/feet would get red/purple after about 30min. This helped within the first couple days and I can utilize also while sitting at my desk to help.
