Lifepro 4D Vibration plate

Used the Lifepro 4D Vibration plate for the first time. The equipment was missing the Hex Key to attach the metal bars to the unit. Other than that, my first workout I used the preset program 2 (P2), it was a unique experience, not too difficult but I enjoyed it.

Just bought, just tried: so smooth!

Literally did a quick 10 minutes and felt smooth and sturdy. Used the bands and can imagine what it'd be like upping the intensity and taking advantage of the different positions and footing. Will be adding to my regime!
