The machine works fine But I would have liked a printed user guide. I cant get any support with out an order number but can't get that because the powers that be cant find it. Also the remote doesn't work or Again there are no instrutions.

My reluctance was where and who to trust…I made the best decision with this purchase. The communication and help for any issues (if any) has been appreciated. Keep up the great work. This is a gift for my family for recovery/maintenance but also for our son and his sensory needs
