Just received this as a gift 3 days ago. I've tried it twice so far. I love the versatility of using the machine with the bands. Still learning the ins and outs of the machine but seems like a great little work out.

Just received the Rumblex 4D pro and have used it a couple times since it is brand new. Loving it so far. Like that it has the bands to do other exercising while on the Rumblex. Very versatile for other exercises too.

Just received the Rumblex 4D and set it in place. Reading all instructions today and setting up programs for my husband and myself. The product is impressive, sturdy, and seems to have all the options you could ask for. We are very excited to see if we detect improvements in a few months.

I use my perfect push up handles on it to get more challenging push ups. Also experimenting with yoga blocks.
