Excited to use!!!

I have a disorder which prevents me from getting 'heated' or 'winded'. So, I haven't been exercising for a couple of years. I also went through menopause. As a result I have gained about 15 pounds. I'm excited to get my lymph system moving, my muscles engaged, and reduce my edema. Thank you for making an amazing product!!
