I love my shake plate! I use it frequently, several times per week. I like to put it on the highest setting with all 3 movement programs, for maximum effect. If the weather is bad and I'm not able to walk enough that day, it really helps to get that lymphatic movement flowing. I bought this originally in 2022, and it recently (in late 2025) seemed to malfunction. The company was amazing, and sent me a new one within a few days! The newer one is even better :D
