I love the large shaker plate! It literally felt amazing trying many exercises. I first tried the pro autoset mode and was loving it so much! It was definitely a great introductory mode when you first purchase it. I love how you can use it for core, legs, arms, you name it!

Got our first waver a couple months ago and my husband and I use it almost daily. Love the way it makes me feel and the energy it creates. I can tell a difference in my lymphatic fluid also.

I’ve only been using the Waver plate for less than 2 weeks, and already feel so much muscle tension and pain relief in my body. I’m just getting into exploring doing more exercise with it, but so far I’m really enjoying the product.

Really helps lymphadema

Have used this for several days as a beginner and the swelling has gone down considerably already. I use it twice a day for 15 minutes each and increase the vibration each time. Will be going to next level of standing with use. My balance has improved also.
