I'm very excited to give the wave vibration plate from lifepro a try. One of the things that interested me was the benefits of lymphatic drainage. There are many other benefits that also intrigue me.

Quiet, seems to be built solid. Love the instruction card. It's great for beginners and I am older and it will be great for my bidy as I age. I can get a tough workout or one that is gentle but healthy

Prev previous owner of Life Pro Mini waiver. I like this version better it feels much more stable and of course it is larger so I feel like I can stand on it more comfortably I only had it for a week but I feel like it is a sturdy version.
