I’ve been using this vibration plate for 3 days and I really like it. It’s easy to use, not too loud, and feels sturdy. I use it to help with muscle soreness and to add a little extra to my workouts. I can already feel a difference in my legs and core. Definitely happy with this purchase!

Great vibration plate!

I've only had it for a day so I can't say anything to how it holds up over time, but so far I love it. The only reason I removed a star is because they require my phone number to register it, and I absolutely loath giving out my phone number, and usually will refuse to. But they've twisted my arm because if I don't give them my phone number I won't have a warranty on what is for me a pricey machine.
