Very pleased with the LifePro Waver! I sit all day at work working on the computer. When I get home I look forward to using the waver to destress and get a workout all from the convenience of my home?❤️?️♂️

I actually bought the waver for my daughter who has low bone density. I had to try it out and gave myself the first day to adjust to it. I will now be jumping into the routines and incorporating it into my daily routine which also includes hiking the mountain near the house and wall pilates. I love the way I feel after a session and will be purchasing my own waver.

I’ve tried everything to help me get out of my mind and drop into my body. The vibration plate helps me instantly ground and tune into my body. I feel so much more calm and at peace after using it.
