77 year old wanting to improve balance. I’m just starting on lowest setting for 5 minutes. It’s so quiet and it does challenge my balance, which is a good thing.

The production is great, making difference in daily workout routine. The vibration machine is of great quality. Found an issue with the resistant bands but I think it can be dealt with the product warranty. Will provide much better review in couple months once I fully utilize the machine.
