So far, I am happy with my decision to purchase my Waver Vibration Plate. I bought it to help with my circulation because I sit too long at work. I cannot say if it has helped with this as of yet. I am glad I bought it—I can say this much.

I used a similar one at a studio a few times. Loved it! My husband got this one for me as a gift. I love this one too. He even tried it and said he will probably use it too!! Yay! We are in our 60’s and we love how it makes us feel afterwards.

Fantastic Vibration Plate

I recently got a Waver vibration plate, and I’m really liking it so far. It’s super easy to set up and use, and I like that I can change the speed to fit how intense I want the workout to be. I’ve been using it a little each day, 30 mins, and I can already feel it helping with circulation and muscle soreness. Plus, it doesn’t take up much space, which is great bonus.
