Just used for the first time and it went well! I was a little sore from yesterday's workout and my muscles felt nice and warmed up after using it today. Excited to use this at the beginning and end of most of my workouts!

I love my Waver vibration plate, use it daily, and miss it when I am away and it isn't available. It has helped me get started with an exercise routine I can stick to.

The vibration plated provides a different workout than I am used to. It is nice to be able to workout at home without it even feeling like a "workout".

Starting waver vibration plate

Haven't use the waver vibration plate yet. Just open the box and reading instructions. Planning to start using tomorrow. I'll give a review when available. Can not truly give a star rating as of yet. I'm giving it a 5 star if I feel it should be different will advise.
