I’ve only been using this for a week so it’t too soon to say if it will help, but the plate seems to be great quality and the support is great. Lots of videos provided to get you started.

Vibration quit after using it four times it doesn’t turn on anymore and have tried different outlets and unplugged the cord and put it back in

Purchased my Vibration Plate as I was relocating from Indiana to Florida. Have made the move and just now setting up the Waver. So far I'm very impressed and excited . . I can't wait . . I will use it everyday and anxious to see the results.
