I followed the first steps & my entire legs were vibrating. Had it times for 10 min. Left great. Felt like I ran a 10km marathon.

Only got it last week and already think that it’s helping me. I have RA so every day is a different pain in a different part of my body but the last five days I have felt a whole lot better.

Only have had it a week and I think I am already experiencing benefits. I have RA and I tend to have different pain in different areas but i really do think this has helped me. Looking forward to experimenting with the different programs.
