Just received today my Waver vibration plate and am so excited to give this a go! Got my first 15 minute session in and feel amazing....I can see how this would get blood flowing, increase oxygen circulation and tighten muscles when used correctly. I am excited to see/feel lymphatic drainage results too!

Using this product for the first time. I purchased the vibration plate on the recommendation of my neighbor. I am looking to feel energized and sleep better.

Not sure how I feel about the product yet. So far I feel like it is making my stomach and inflammation worse. Since I’ve gotten it my bloating has gotten worse and so has my body pain.
